About Me
Who I Am
As a mother of 4, wife and Doula in the East Tennessee area, I offer personalized prenatal, birthing, and postnatal support. My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor process. Birth Doula Service
**Two prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth
**Birth plan assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and help explain the options available to you
**Continuous physical, emotional and informational support for you and your partner for the duration of labor/birth
**Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth
**Unlimited phone/email support to answer questions/offer support through your pregnancy and early labor
**One postpartum visit to celebate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.

After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
